Hi

If you’ve landed up on this Blog, then you are either an OD practitioner or someone who’s keen on OD, or someone who wants to find out what does this OD mean? 🙂

Welcome!

The objective of this blog is to be part tutorial, part melting pot, part community. A space where OD professionals (accomplished, amateur or aspirational) can come together to create a support group for the community at large, and play coach to young aspirants in this field.

I will focus on putting up one topic a week, and encourage others to share their knowledge and experience on that subject.

Please contribute, please spread the word to folks you know, who’d like to know more about this space.

Sign up on the email subscription link, so you keep getting regular updates of posts. Looking forward to this shared journey!

  2. Congratulations on launching this new blog devoted to Organization Development! I heard about it from Gautam Ghosh. I also blog about OD. In fact, I have been blogging about OD for several years (since 2004). I look forward to your future posts on this topic. Best wishes, Terry

      Hi Terrence,

Thanks for dropping by and leaving a comment. As an OD practitioner, I would appreciate it if you could contribute to this blog via sharing examples and experiences whenever you can. That would really add value to the OD professionals who are beginning to follow the learning here.

      Thanks!
